We love baseball and all the joy it brings our kids.  But we know that as we continue to raise these young adults, the environment we surround them with is so important.  At HBA, we sought out to create an experience that not only provides them with top instruction and competition but also squarely focuses on their development off the field as well.  We’ve been able to build a culture that strikes a balance by removing the game day pressures and negative behavior and replaces it with a fun, positive atmosphere which has helped bring out their best.  But it’s not just fun and games.  We’ve teamed with some of the area’s most successful coaches to provide a high-quality baseball development program.  All training sessions and games are coached by paid staff who understand what it takes to excel in this sport.    

The difference at HBA is that while we want to win ball games, we will not sacrifice our values and culture in the process. Wins and losses come and go. But the lessons our children can learn with their teammates on the field can be carried with them throughout their life.
