&Hamlet offers an innovative co-ownership model for exclusive vacation homes in attractive destinations across Europe, providing more people the opportunity to own a vacation home without bearing the full responsibility and costs alone. Customers can buy, own, and sell from 1/8 to 1/2 ownership in a fully furnished vacation home, while &Hamlet takes care of the management and operations through our tech platform. 

Since our launch in 2023, we have experienced rapid growth and now manage properties in both Spain and France.
