Mariesa Lenz is a seasoned design leader currently serving as Chief of Staff at Hamlet, where they spearhead high-impact initiatives to accelerate company growth. They previously held significant roles at Mailchimp, Pivotal Labs, Aurora Solar, and The World Bank, where they focused on enhancing user experience and driving product success. Mariesa's deep commitment to design excellence and customer-centric strategies has led to substantial business impact throughout their career. They also founded Ideālis, a consultancy centered on design and strategy in technology, and have shared their expertise as an adjunct professor at George Mason University.
