Keane Herman

Keane Herman is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in managing high-profile stores. Currently serving as the Regent Street General Manager for Hamleys of London since August 2004, Keane leads a team of over 400 staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience to more than 5 million annual visitors. Previous roles include Retail Operations Manager and Floor Manager at Hamleys, where Keane oversaw significant store operations and staff management. Before joining Hamleys, Keane was the Store Manager for Mothercare's flagship Hammersmith store, achieving the only profitable year in the store's 25-year history. Additional experience includes Store Manager positions at The Disney Store, EXPRESS, and Vans, as well as a Department Manager role at Sportmart. Keane's educational background includes studies at San Diego Mesa College.
