Andrew Diggins

Andrew Diggins is an experienced professional in asset management and retail operations, currently serving as the Head of Asset Management Ireland at Hammerson since July 2016. Responsibilities include managing approximately 400 properties in major shopping centres and high streets, with a focus on diverse tenant types. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Portfolio Asset Manager at Chartered Land from January 2014 to July 2016, where similar responsibilities were held. Earlier experience includes serving as Shopping Centre Director at Chartered Land Limited and Irish Estates Limited, where significant transformations were made to the Ilac shopping centre. Andrew also managed the Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre for Utrillo Limited and began a career with Primark Stores Limited, advancing from trainee manager to General Manager. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Technological University Dublin, a Master of Business Administration in Retailing and Retail Operations from the University of Stirling, and a Diploma in Shopping Centre Management from the University College of Estate Management.
