Simon Travis has a strong background in the property industry, with significant experience in investment and strategic leadership roles. Simon started their career as a Senior Asset Manager at the British Rail Property Board in 1992. From 1993 to 1998, they worked as an Investment Leader at London & Cambridge Properties. In 1998, they joined Hammerson, where they held the positions of Group Investment Director and Managing Director. At Hammerson, Simon played a key role in transforming the company by restructuring executive management teams and overhauling core systems and processes. Simon was responsible for identifying and capitalizing on lucrative investment opportunities, oversaw M&As, and successfully acquired and disposed of £5 billion real estate investments across Europe. Simon also led various real estate projects and ventures, including the creation of a regionally dominant shopping center in the UK. Additionally, they managed property assets and development for client Lloyds Bank following the administration of the Thornfield Group.
