Toby Tait

Toby Tait is an experienced professional in asset management, currently serving as Director of Asset Management at Hammerson since August 2016. In this role, Toby oversees the UK Portfolio, managing notable assets such as Birmingham Bullring & Grand Central, Reading Oracle, and Bristol Cabot Circus. Previously, Toby held the position of Senior Asset Manager at Hammerson, focusing on the long-term strategic vision for flagship Birmingham assets and navigating their development post-Covid. Prior to Hammerson, Toby worked at Gatwick Airport, holding various roles including Business Development Manager and Product Development Manager, where Toby enhanced the food and beverage portfolio and developed a product for premium passengers. Early career experience includes managing premium operations at Delaware North Companies. Toby earned a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney.
