Deepak Varma

Deepak Varma is an experienced technology sales leader, currently serving as the Country Director for Hammerspace in India since April 2025, where responsibilities include spearheading the deployment of the Global Data Platform to enhance distributed data pipelines. Prior to this, Deepak was the Country Manager - Sales at WEKA from October 2020 to March 2025, achieving a remarkable 600% increase in revenue through innovative sales strategies in machine learning and analytics. Deepak also held significant roles at Inspire-Tech, EnCloudEn, and Nimesa as a consultant for sales and go-to-market strategies in the SaaS sector, and led business development at Springpath (acquired by Cisco) and technical sales at Cisco and EMC. With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Goa University, Deepak demonstrates a strong background in technical consulting and presales engineering across various prominent technology firms.
