Mark Paulson is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager at Hammerspace and a Founding Partner at People First Operations since March 2023, Mark focuses on enhancing productivity and team dynamics for C-level leaders. Previously, Mark held senior roles, including Senior Software Engineer II at DigitalOcean, Director of Software Engineering at Compassion International, and Product and Engineering Director at Gloo. Mark has a rich history in engineering, having led various teams and projects at companies such as Spectra Logic, Dot Hill Systems, Brocade, Dell Technologies, and IPL Systems. Mark holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Acoustics, Music) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
