Ben Leach

CEO at HammerTech Global

Ben Leach is the CEO at HammerTech Global, and has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Ben started their career as a Project Engineer with Baulderstone, working on the design and construction of several projects including the Women's Hospital in Parkville, the Marngoneet Correctional Centre in Lara, and the Alfred Hospital Day Surgery. Ben was also responsible for safety management on these projects. In 2006, they left Baulderstone to join APP Corporation Pty Ltd as a Senior Project Manager.

At APP Corporation, Ben managed the construction of several high-profile projects, including the Westpac office fit-out at 150 Collins St, the BAE Systems shipyard redevelopment, and the IBM fit-out at 459 William St. Ben also oversaw the construction of the pool at Rod Laver Arena for the 2007 FINA World Championships. In 2014, they left APP Corporation to take up their current role as CEO at HammerTech Global.

Ben Leach has a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management from UNSW, a Diploma in Structural Engineering from TAFE NSW, and a certification from A2K Technologies in Autodesk Navisworks 2013. Ben is also a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Some direct reports include James Harris - CTO, Ron Babich - Chief Revenue Officer, and Michael Goldstein - Chief Customer Officer.
