Nilam Devghare

Nilam Devghare has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2014. Nilam started their career as a Junior Software Developer at Fil-Flan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in India, where they were responsible for designing and developing software systems using ASP.NET and SQL Server, as well as maintaining and updating the systems as per requirements. In 2015, they moved to Robinhood Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Developer, where they developed and delivered features and functionality on the existing applications (website ASP.NET) and mobile application (Apache Cordova), and handled complex database scripts, data, and store procedures. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Software Developer (Team Leader) at OnDemand Agility Software Pvt. Ltd., where they worked in an environment with Visual Studio 2010/2015, Visual Studio Code, .NET 4.6, C#, MVC, ReactJS, Service Stack/Web API, SQL Server 2016, Gitlab, Tortoise SVN, and Tortoise Git. In 2020, they joined Capgemini as a Senior Consultant (Senior Software Engineer), where they worked in an Agile environment with Visual Studio 2017/2019, .NET 4.6, C#, MVC, Kendo JS, Web API, and SQL Server 2016. Currently, they are working as a Full Stack Developer at HammerTech since 2022.

Nilam Devghare obtained a Bachelor's of Technology in Computer Science from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University between 2008 and 2013.
