Brett Kass

Brett Kass, CHC, LEED AP, is a seasoned professional in the real estate and construction industries with extensive experience in project management and executive roles, currently serving as a Senior Project Executive at Hammes since June 2019. Kass has previously held positions as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE | Heery, managing healthcare facility renovations and new construction projects for Kaiser Permanente, and as a Project Manager at Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc., overseeing senior assisted living facility projects. Kass's earlier experience includes significant roles at Jacobs Engineering, where management of project delivery phases for Kaiser Permanente's Tysons Corner Medical Center was undertaken, and Turner Construction Company as a Project Engineer. Kass is also a former board member of the Boston Building Materials Cooperative and a member of the Loudoun County Facilities Standards Committee. Educational credentials include a BS in Physics-Engineering from Washington and Lee University and further studies at the University of Virginia.
