Mike Romano

Mike Romano has extensive experience in healthcare finance and consulting, beginning with an Analyst position at Health Systems Research from 1990 to 1992. Following that, Mike held various leadership roles, including Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Director at Navigant and Guidehouse. From May 2004 to March 2009, Mike served as Senior Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant at Phase 2 Consulting. Subsequent positions include Director of Advisory Services and Executive Director at ADAMS Management Services Corporation from March 2009 to February 2015, and Director of AMA Business at the American Medical Association from 2000 to 2003. Currently, Mike is the Principal at Hammes since August 2024, a real estate solutions platform focused on healthcare clients. Mike holds a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MHSA in Healthcare Finance from The George Washington University.
