Penny Busch is an executive leader in program and project management with 25 years of experience in the healthcare, retail, and higher education sectors. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Hammes since 2021, Penny has previously held significant roles including Assistant Vice President of Facilities Planning & Construction at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Senior Program Manager for the $900M Replacement Hospital Development at Parkland Hospital. Penny began their career as a Construction Administration Project Manager at HKS and has also worked with prominent firms such as CBRE and JLL. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1999.
