Robert A. Pratt

Robert A. Pratt, AIA, is a Principal in Planning and Design at Hammes, where they leverage their extensive experience to manage projects totaling over $900 million. They previously served as CEO of Pratt Design Studio, a healthcare architectural firm known for innovative solutions and award-winning designs, including the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Robert co-founded the Lean Construction Institute Chicago Community of Practice and the Longwave Group think tank, and has been recognized with notable awards, including the Lawrence B. Perkins Award. With an architecture license in 47 states, they have designed over $1.7 billion in highly regarded projects and have published work in several leading industry magazines. Robert is currently pursuing their education at Iowa State University.
