Ray Charest

Ray Charest is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Hammond Lumber Company and serves as Chief Technology Officer and Board Member at Physician Billing & Consulting, INC. Previously, Ray worked at Norway Savings Bank from 2011 to 2023 as VP IT Network Manager and AVP Network Administrator, where responsibilities included overseeing the IT department and developing information security policies. Earlier in their career, Ray was an Assistant Network Administrator at Skowhegan Savings Bank from 2001 to 2003. Ray earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Elmira College in 2001 and a graduate degree in Finance from the New England School for Financial Studies in 2016.
