Hampstead Psychology is a specialist psychology service providing evidence-based, expert care tailored to each individual, couple, and family we work with.

Our team is made up of highly qualified clinical and counselling psychologists and psychiatrists each with extensive experience in the NHS and private practice. Collectively, we bring expertise across a wide range of difficulties – including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, health conditions, OCD and BDD, men's health, women's health, ADHD, autism, eating and body image issues, and life transitions. This breadth of experience means clients can be matched with a psychologist or psychiatrist whose skills and approach best suit their needs.

We draw on effective, research-backed treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Schema Therapy, and the Gottman Method. By integrating these approaches, we ensure that therapy is not only clinically effective but also flexible and tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

What sets us apart is our commitment to a bespoke and compassionate approach. We take time to understand the individual behind the difficulty, and to create a therapeutic space that is safe, respectful, and empowering. Our goal is not only to reduce distress, but also to help clients build resilience, develop new perspectives, and live more meaningful and connected lives.

At Hampstead Psychology, we believe effective therapy combines professional expertise with genuine human understanding. We are proud to provide a service that reflects both.
