Peter Nesvold

Peter Nesvold, Esq., CFA, CPA, is the Managing Partner of Nesvold Capital Partners, a leading merchant bank in the wealth management sector. With over 25 years of experience on Wall Street, Peter has become a recognized expert in asset and wealth management, advising top executives and fiduciaries on complex M&A transactions and strategic planning. Previously, they were a partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Silver Lane Advisors, helping to grow the firm significantly before its acquisition by a Fortune 500 company. Peter is also an Adjunct Professor at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University and the author of four books on M&A published by McGraw-Hill. They hold degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Fordham Law, and have served on the boards of various organizations, including Hampton Jitney and VestGen Wealth Advisors.
