Ruby M. has extensive experience in technical recruiting. Ruby started their career at Motion Recruitment in June 2021, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter. Ruby quickly progressed to the role of Senior Technical Recruiter in February 2022, and later became the Team Lead of Technical Recruiting in March 2022. During their time at Motion Recruitment, Ruby achieved notable accomplishments, including being awarded the prestigious 2022 President's Club status for billing over $1.2 million and making 36 placements. In 2023, they joined Hampton North as the Principal Technical Recruiter.

Ruby M. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loyola Marymount University. Ruby also pursued a Master's degree in Communication Management, Organizational & Crisis Strategy at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. In addition to their academic achievements, Ruby has obtained certifications in various areas such as Google Universal Analytics, Certified Personal Training, CPR/AED/First Aid, and Food Handling.
