Ryan Duey

Ryan Duey is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in various sectors. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Plunge since September 2020, Ryan has focused on creating innovative cold plunge products. In addition, Ryan established Capitol Floats in January 2015, which serves as Sacramento and Placer County's premier float studio. Other notable roles include Founding Member at Hampton, Partner at Sky Naturals CBD from January 2019 to September 2021, and Group Sales Manager at San Jose Earthquakes Soccer from October 2011 to November 2014, where Ryan managed group sales strategies for two stadiums. Earlier career experience includes serving as an English professor with the Spanish Ministry of Education, achieving a remarkable success rate among students. Ryan holds a degree in International AGB Management and International Business from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
