A community-based congestion beating mobility solution intended for communities who refuse to accept congestion as a sad fact of life and who are willing to collectively collaborate to beat congestion. The solution considers two closely related goals; The first is to utilize current infrastructure to the most by spreading the demand for mobility over the course of the day and the second is to avoid the formation of bottlenecks within the network by maintaining the demand for mobility within the infrastructure capacity during peak periods.

To do this, we bring the two main players, travellers and governments, from the physical world into a digital Mobility Platform and Transport App and enable travellers to input their future mobility choices, via the App and translate them, via the Platform, using artificial intelligence and deep learning into congestion levels over future time slots, of 15 minutes each, tracking the formation of future bottlenecks before they happen and guiding travellers for optimum departures that maintain demand within network capacity.

Such achievement opens a new dimension in urban mobility and touches the very bottom of the congestion problem by empowering travellers, the source of the congestion problem, to be the solution itself.
