Tim Strong

Tim Strong is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the lumber and building materials industry. Currently serving as the Outside Sales Manager at Hamshaw Lumber, Inc. since June 2021, Tim previously held the position of Director of Sales at Leader Home Centers from January 2000 to February 2022. Tim's career began at Wickes Lumber, where a progression from general yard help to various sales roles laid a strong foundation for future success. Notably, as Marketing and Store Manager at Delta Lumber Inc. from 1996 to 2000, Tim led initiatives to transform the company from a retail focus to a preferred destination for building professionals through strategic marketing efforts and events. Tim holds a degree from Central Connecticut State University.
