Bas Spelbos

Bas Spelbos is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic management. Currently serving as the Corporate Finance Director at Hanab since January 2025, Bas previously held multiple key roles at VolkerWessels from June 2013 to December 2024, including Strategy Director and Director of Treasury & Financing, overseeing funding arrangements and cash management. Prior to that, Bas worked at PwC from September 2001 to May 2013, advancing from Auditor to Senior Manager in Transaction Services. Bas holds a Post Master degree in Register Accountancy and a Master in International Business Studies from Maastricht University, along with a brief educational stint at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
