Pat Bourke

Pat Bourke is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive General Manager at Hancock Prospecting Group since November 2022. Previously, Bourke held various significant positions at BHP from January 1992 to January 2023, including Vice President of Technology for BHP Minerals Australia and General Manager for Whaleback & Eastern Ridge at BHP Billiton Iron Ore. Additional roles at BHP include Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Plant Maintenance Manager at Yabulu Nickel Refinery. Bourke also led the Global Maintenance Network across Western Australia BHPB assets and undertook multiple maintenance, engineering, and production roles at BHP Steel Wollongong. A graduate of the University of Wollongong, Bourke holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
