Adrian Lim

Adrian Lim, PCC, ITCA, is a seasoned coaching and consulting professional with extensive experience in executive and team coaching across various organizations, including co-founding The Coaching Culture and serving as a Consulting Partner at Organisation Solutions. Lim has held roles such as Executive Coach at Hudson and Hand & Associates, where skills in career coaching and leadership development were honed. In addition to consulting, Lim manages liturgical preparations at the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore and has contributed significantly to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Singapore in various leadership positions. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
