HAND (Human & Digital) is a world-class Talent ID Registry that brings simplicity and scale to talent identity in an interconnected human and digital world. Much like a bar-code, as an ISO-level standard under the DOI Foundation, HAND applies our Citation-Backed Notability™ model to assign persistent, unique, and resolvable IDs to real and virtual talent across the Culture Industries (e.g. - Entertainment, Sports, Music, Fashion, Gaming, News, and more.)

In an age saturated with generative AI and deepfake technology, distinguishing the authenticity of talent’s Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), whether appearing on a screen or in a playlist, is essential. HAND (Human & Digital) is committed to delivering trusted provenance automation to verify authentic instances / versions of human talent, their virtual counterparts, and fictional entities.

Working with our industry beta partners to design use-cases for production studios and talent agencies in Hollywood using the latest volumetric capture technologies, to the elegant automation of distribution metadata workflows for TV networks and studios, to advanced media performance analytics and the development of interoperable standards — HAND’s SaaS-based subscription model provides both API and web UI access to subscribers. Designed for producers and distributors who can benefit from HAND’s efficiency, cost reduction, and time-to-value acceleration, our public talent identifiers are free to resolve and use in business transactions, forever.
