Hand to Heart Being offers opportunities to take a closer look at why and where we create connections and priorities in our lives as well as how they serve our well being. All services can be individual experiences or combined into a comprehensive program exploring the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental aspects of our lives through the lense of the 5 Element theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Certified in Shiatsu therapy, Reiki and Access the Bars, Cupping and Facial Gua sha as well as Breast health education, Infant massage instruction, and Advanced Facial Intelligence and Nine Star Ki Energetic Interpretation.
 Raissa Chernushenko creates group and private workshops in shiatsu based Healthy Touch for Family Wellness, Self care, Couples reconnection as well as Breast Health Education, Facial intelligence and 9 Star Ki coaching 
Speaker offerings on a variety of subjects including "Keyboard Shiatsu"- self care for writers, as well as Immune Boosting, Breast Health, Self Care for actors, dancers, and athletes, or anyone interested.  Most recently she has given several well received talks on the importance of laughter.  
 Raissa also leads writing/movement based workshops designed to increase awareness of physical tensions and emotional stress, exploring ways to release them while re-energizing the creative mind.
