Don Williams

Don Williams is an experienced business professional with a strong background in franchise operations and marketing. Currently serving as a Development Consultant, Area Developer, and Multi-unit Franchisee at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa since January 2022, Don previously held the role of Multi-unit Franchisee at the same company from February 2010 to November 2021, overseeing franchise locations in Jacksonville and Orlando, and contributing to 10% of the franchise's Florida business volume. Prior experience includes serving as President of Absolute Reservation Center from 2002 to 2010, leading operations for a multi-brand travel marketing organization, and as Director of Marketing at SIR Home Improvements from 1998 to 2001. Don holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Davenport University.
