Gregory Billy is an accomplished entrepreneur and former military officer with extensive experience in risk management, business delivery, and strategic leadership. Since May 2017, Gregory has been the Franchise Owner of Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, overseeing two locations in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Prior to this, Gregory served as the Director of Risk Initiatives and Director of Campus Services at Carnegie Mellon University from July 2013 to April 2017, and as the Director of Major Business Delivery at Westinghouse Electric Company from January 2011 to June 2013. A distinguished U.S. Navy veteran, Gregory held the rank of Captain and commanded USS FLORIDA (SSBN 728)(B), with responsibilities in nuclear propulsion plant operations and maintenance. Gregory holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, a Master's in National Security & Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
