John Teza

John Teza holds extensive leadership experience in the franchise and development sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and President of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa since August 2020. Furthermore, John is a Director on the Board of Directors for the National Restaurant Association, where John fulfills the role of Vice-Chair for the Business Strategy Committee, and a Trustee on the Board of Trustees for the International Franchise Association. Previous roles include Principal at NRD Capital, Chief Development Officer at both Corner Bakery Cafe and Jersey Mike's Franchise System, and Executive Vice President of Development at Quiznos. John Teza earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from William & Mary and completed Executive Education in Blockchain Technology at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
