Michael Beyer

Michael Beyer is currently the Senior Director of Skincare and Massage Strategy at Hand & Stone, where they lead strategic initiatives across over 550 locations in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, they held various roles at L'Oréal, including Senior Category Strategy Manager, where they successfully led teams to drive sales acceleration and education in multiple countries. Michael co-founded Beyer, Stolz & Mai GbR, where they developed and marketed award-winning apps, achieving significant user engagement. They also gained valuable experience in marketing and business development through internships and educational roles, holding degrees from prestigious institutions such as WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and Technische Universität München.
