Barbara Bhatti has worked in the financial services industry since 2006. Barbara began their career at Global Blue as an Account Manager - Sell Out, where they achieved a sales target of 50% Hit Rate for over 450 accounts. In 2011, they moved to Elavon Europe as a DCC Training Account Manager, where they managed more than 100 key accounts and specialised in DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion). Barbara then moved to Caretower as an Account Manager, where they managed many best-of-breed IT Security vendors and actively developed new business and managed accounts of existing customers. In 2018, they joined Euronet Worldwide as a Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for relationship management of top key accounts. Currently, they are a Strategic Key Account Manager at Handpoint.

Barbara Bhatti began their educational journey at Cathedral School in Lahore, Pakistan from 1986 to 1991. Barbara then went on to attend the University of the Punjab from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a BA in English, Journalism, Education, and Urdu.
