HANDS London Consultancy officially launched in 2020, though we (Hannah Sharman-Cox & Siobhan Payne) have worked together for more than a decade before this. 

Drawing on our unrivalled industry knowledge and contacts, alongside our unbeatable insight into consumer drinking culture through our award-winning festival London Cocktail Week - our goal is to champion excellence in all forms and close the gap between the two sides of the bar. 

Our consultancy work to date has included the creation of global commercial strategies, industry landscape reports, as well as foundations and frameworks for start-up businesses. We regularly contribute to global judging panels, seminars and national and international press pieces. And through our connections, we help ensure the right people always find each other - through head-hunting, agency introductions and brand advocacy. 

In 2022, we launched The Pinnacle Guide - a brand new 1, 2 & 3 PIN recognition system for the world’s best bars. "A 'Michelin' for the bar industry" - Drinks International.
