Eric Smeets

Eric Smeets is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in application management and support. Currently serving as Applicatiespecialist for TOPdesk, N-Central, and Kaseya at Hands on ICT since January 2021, Eric has honed expertise in various IT solutions. Prior experience includes roles at ITSN from September 2004 to June 2021, where Eric excelled as a Transitie Manager and Coördinator for pro-active management and third-line support, among other positions. Eric's earlier career includes significant contributions as a System Engineer and Senior Network Administrator at Politie Limburg-Noord, and as a Senior Programmer at Witron Engineering. Eric holds an Ing. degree in Technische Informatica from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a Kaseya Certified Administrator certification from Florida International University.
