Handshake helps busy service businesses like auto shops, clinics, contractors, and more, never miss a customer call again. Our AI receptionist answers phones instantly, handles caller questions, and helps with tasks like appointment bookings, directions, and follow-ups.

Powered by real-time knowledge of your services, hours, and policies, the AI provides a fast, friendly, and professional experience for every caller, day or night, and in multiple languages.

Whether it’s a patient calling to reschedule, a new customer inquiring about services, or a delivery driver asking for directions, Handshake makes sure every interaction is captured, handled, and followed up. After every call, we send a summary with a transcript, recording, and key takeaways.

No more missed appointments. No more lost leads. No more overflowing voicemails.

We’re trusted by local businesses across North America, from single-location operators to multi-site brands, and we’re just getting started!

If your front desk is overwhelmed during busy hours or you want to improve customer service after-hours, Handshake gives you an easy, powerful way to scale your communication without hiring more staff.
