Alan Tao is a senior undergraduate computer science student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they are also pursuing a minor in mathematics. Currently, Alan is a Forward Deployed Engineer at Handshake and has interned at Southwest Research Institute, developing a transportation management software that enhances traffic flow. Previously, Alan has held software development roles, including experience at PTC and the Georgia Tech Research Institute, and has contributed as a project lead and researcher within various initiatives at Georgia Tech. In their free time, Alan enjoys working out, traveling, playing chess, and programming.
