Alison Hauser is a researcher and AI trainer with over two decades of expertise in early childhood education, education policy, and mixed methods research. Previously a Researcher at the American Institutes for Research, they managed various research and evaluation projects, supporting data-driven decision-making across multiple levels. Alison also served as an Assistant Study Director at the Center for Survey Research, where they provided project management for healthcare policy surveys and utilized advanced data analysis techniques. Currently, they are a Model Validation Expert (MOVE) Handshake AI Fellow, leveraging their domain expertise to enhance artificial intelligence models. Alison is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Arts in Child Development at Tufts University.
