Diego Taveras

Diego Taveras is a Puerto Rican studying Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they are set to graduate in 2025. They have held various internship positions, including a Software Engineer Intern role at Warner Bros. Discovery and another at AbbVie. Diego has also gained experience as a Developer Intern at the Information Trust Institute, where they developed a GUI for OT-network security policy. Additionally, they currently participate as an AI Fellow at Handshake, focusing on state-of-the-art vision model training data quality assurance and evaluation, while also serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant.
