Eiffy Luo possesses extensive experience in learning design and program management, with a strong focus on executive education and technology-enabled training. As a Business Reporter at TheStreet and subsequently as an Education Program Manager at Google, Eiffy led initiatives that significantly impacted user engagement and program efficiency. Eiffy's role at McKinsey & Company involved managing large-scale client learning programs, achieving high recommendation rates from participants. Currently serving as the Learning Design Lead at Handshake AI, Eiffy is a founding team member and is focused on innovative learning solutions.
