Emily Smith is currently the Strategic Projects Lead at Handshake, having previously held roles including Management Consulting Project Supervisor at McMaster-Carr and Operations Intern at Amazon. Emily earned a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a perfect GPA in their concentrations of Strategic Management and Behavioral Economics. Prior to their current position, Emily served as a Wharton Undergraduate Communication Fellow, where they developed lesson plans, delivered lectures, and assessed student presentations. They also gained experience as an Economic Development Intern for the City of Hillsboro and a Corporate Finance Intern at KPMG Nederland.
