Jared Croyle

Jared Croyle is a machine learning and bioinformatics engineer currently serving as an AI Fellow at Handshake, where they integrate LLMs and anomaly detection models into real-time data ingestion pipelines. Previously, Jared was a Bioinformatics and Data Engineering Research Apprentice at the University of California, Berkeley, optimizing statistical pipelines and developing predictive algorithms. They also worked as a Veterinary Assistant and X-ray Technician at West Riverside Veterinary Hospital, providing critical care and support for animals. Jared holds an Associate of Science in Biology from San Bernardino Valley College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Environmental Biology and Data Science at UC Berkeley.
