Luke Arella has over seven years of diverse professional experience, currently serving in Employer Partnerships at Handshake since February 2019, where the focus is on connecting students with career opportunities. Previously, Luke held the role of Enterprise Account Executive at Upwork, enabling clients to access freelance professionals. As Head of Corporate Mindfulness at Yelp, Luke launched meditation training for employees and managed over 3,000 accounts in various sales roles. Additionally, Luke co-founded UpUp Air Technologies, addressing inefficiencies in the private aviation sector. Previous positions include Director of Business Development at Vayam Labs, Director of Sales and Marketing at FreshAlley, and roles in translating and sales at 4Spires, Inc. Early career experiences feature teaching at Galileo Learning and internship roles at Lewis and Clark College. Luke graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
