Luke To

Luke To is a student at UC Berkeley, pursuing a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) and Bioengineering. They currently serve as a Software Engineering Intern at Koding 4 Kids and an AI Fellow at Handshake, while also being a Tech Fellow in the HeadStart Fellowship program. Previously, they held roles as a Clinical Observer at Riverside University Health System and a Student Researcher at the University of California, Riverside, where they presented significant outcomes related to Tecovirimat treatment in Mpox. Additionally, Luke was a Project Management Intern at Clarity CCTA and served as Chapter President with DECA Inc., expanding membership and executing multiple events.
