Mallory Wheaton is the VP of Account Management and Customer Success at Handshake. Mallory has over five years of experience in customer success and consulting.
Mallory started their career as a Business Development Intern at SolFocus. Mallory then worked as a Consulting Analyst at Huron Consulting Group for two years before moving to Zenefits, where they were a Customer Success Lead for 17 months. In their current role at Handshake, Mallory is responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring customer success.
Mallory Wheaton has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan. Mallory also studied at Universidad de Sevilla.
Mallory Wheaton reports to Garrett Lord, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jonathan Stull - COO, Paloma Thombley - VP, People, and Malthe Sigurdsson - Chief Design Officer.
