Markus Dücker

Markus Dücker is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as a Founding Engineer and Engineering Lead at Handshake AI since 2022. Prior to this, Markus co-founded Talentspace, where as CTO, there was successful development and scaling of a B2B SaaS platform for virtual recruiting events, which attracted Fortune 500 clients. Markus also has experience as a Software Developer at neXenio and as a Working Student in data analysis at Baze and product management at flightright GmbH. Beginning at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S as a stipendiary, Markus has built a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree in IT-Systems Engineering from the Hasso Plattner Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Paderborn University, complemented by a semester abroad at UC San Diego.
