Nguyen Bui

Nguyen Bui is an undergraduate research assistant at the UCF Institute of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on video-to-video generative models and natural language processing. With prior experience as a data science and AI intern at Rikkeisoft, Nguyen built and optimized data pipelines and developed ML models using Scikit-learn and TensorFlow. An internship in game development at FPT Software involved creating gameplay systems in Unity/C# and enhancing performance through asset optimization. Nguyen also serves as an AI research fellow at Handshake, participating in the Handshake AI MOVE Fellowship and specializing in database systems, machine learning, and natural language processing. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and has completed a programming course through CS50, achieving a 3.93 GPA in studies at Florida International University.
