Rustem Erdem

Rustem Erdem is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and technology. At Outlier AI, from September 2024 to July 2025, Rustem served as a QA & Coding Contributor, evaluating AI-generated responses and conducting A/B testing to enhance model performance. Prior experience includes a role as a Mathematics Teacher at T.C. Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı, where data-driven instructional strategies were implemented and individualized learning plans were developed for students. Rustem also held the position of Assistant Principal, overseeing academic operations and ensuring compliance with educational regulations. From December 2021 to February 2023, Rustem worked as a Quality Engineer at Grid Dynamics, designing test cases and conducting REST API testing in an Agile environment. Currently, Rustem is an AI Data Annotator at Handshake. Rustem holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching (Mathematics) from Dicle University.
