Scott Dicke

Scott Dicke is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Recruitment at Handshake since September 2024, overseeing a team responsible for all global recruitment efforts. Prior to Handshake, Scott held the position of Director of Global Business Recruiting at Motive from October 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing G&A and GTM hiring across the United States and Pakistan. Scott's extensive experience also includes various leadership roles at Robert Half from August 2009 to October 2020, where positions ranged from VP Director of Permanent Services to Staffing Manager. Earlier career milestones include serving as an Account Manager at Experian QAS and as an Audit Associate at KPMG Audit. Scott obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with a focus on Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, completing studies in 2007.
