Soumi De is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Strategy and Ops Lead at Handshake since September 2025. Prior to this role, Soumi held multiple positions at Mercor, including Head of Growth, Operations, and UI/UX Designer from June 2023 to August 2025. In addition, Soumi worked as an Analyst at Wells Fargo for a brief period in mid-2024. Soumi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, and completed a High School Diploma in Science at South Point High School, Kolkata.
