The operation of commercial kitchens presents our customers with enormous problems when hiring staff. Today, finding a sufficient workforce for manual tasks such as loading and unloading dishwashing lines, portioning, or serving is challenging. The labor shortage and ever-increasing costs make the automation of manual processes unavoidable. We are developing lean automation solutions that take over manual tasks in the commercial kitchen back-end that are way smaller and faster than everything available. We have strong customer interest and first, paid contracts. Our founding team has been building an international setup deep-tech startup before and has raised more than 7 million euros in previous projects.
